What is an API?

Btexty aims at becoming an open mobile messaging platform. To allow third-party developers to send and receive mobile messages, we developed a simple HTTP-based API to access btexty messaging engine.

How do I use the btexty API?

Using the btexty API is very simple. First you need a btexty account. Second, you can access API methods through HTTP calls using HTTP Basic Authentication.
Finally, the easiest way is to use one of the available third-party tools and libraries.

How much is it?

Accessing the btexty API is free. When you send a message using the API, you will consume your btexty messages. You can earn btexty messages by referring new users, filling surveys or buying credits. Please see the btexty plans for more information.
